HBFIT Training eBook

I wanted to put something together that i wish i could have had at my disposal when i started in the gym, to give me all i needed to know in one place. So i have produced this eBook containing everything from my Personal Trainer qualifications, Sports Science Degree, relevant scientific studies and my own fitness journey all in one easily digestable pdf. This took me about a month to put together, ensuring it is suitable for all ages, genders and skill level in the gym. Attached are some random screenshots from the pdf so you can gauge an idea of its contents. 
 
I'm being completely honest & genuine when i say this: The value for money here is *INCREDIBLE*.
 
The Personal Trainers i had look over this estimated it's worth between £80-£100!
